RETURN&EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS

  • If for any reason a customer is interested in returning or exchanging his order or a part of it he must contact us at blacklbrand@gmail.com for approval or the return/exchange.
    Any packages that arrive without getting the approval from the customer service team might not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
    Any shipping and handling fees that may come up during this process will be charged from the customer. 
  • Item must be returned within 14 days of shipping. 
  • Item must not be worn, altered, or washed. 
  • Item(s) must be returned with its (their) original tag, wrapping and other accessories (dust bag and covers, etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside. 
  • BLACK-L is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product.
    BLACK-L will make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. 
  •  The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question.
    Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by BLACK-L. 
  • We are accept your returns for a full refund (not including shipping fee). All returns are valid for a full refund within 14 days of received shipment.

    Items must be returned in it’s original condition.
    Custom-made Items is not returnable. All sale or final discounted items are considered final sale. 
  • Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with purchased item are the responsibility of the customer.
    BLACK-L is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or transit delays.
    If an invalid shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to the BLACK-L Headquarters.
